Return Steps:

1. Authorise your return via the Provarm contact form and wait for us to send you confirmation along with the address of our nearest depot.

2. Pack the item in its original packaging and clearly mark your return number on a separate sheet. Do not write on or damage the original packaging.

3. Send the item back to our depot.

4. Once our depot receives your return, we will begin processing it.

Your refund may take up to 10 working days from the date your return is received.

Returning an Unwanted Item:

• Unwanted items cannot be returned after 15 days from the date of delivery.

• If you return an unwanted item, it must be undamaged and unmarked.

• You are responsible for returning the package to us.

• Returns of unwanted items are made at your own cost.

Returning a Faulty or Damaged Item:

• Damaged items cannot be returned after 15 days from the date of delivery.

• We must be notified of any damaged items within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

• Please contact us – there are several ways to reach us via our contact page.

• You may be required to provide photos of damaged items. These can be uploaded as part of the return process.

• Do not start the return process until you receive confirmation from us.
